Our policy lasts 60 days. To be eligible for a return, you only need to return the original product you received before the 60 day window has passed.

You do not need to send back the original cardboard parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.
